We are located in Redby Minnesota, approximately 4 miles east of Red Lake on Highway #1. We are located in the former water bottling plant. Call ahead for directions if you would like to stop in. (218) 679-2611
Our hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30p.m. CST. Monday through Friday.

Terms & Shipping
We do not accept returns on food items. If your order arrives damaged or otherwise unusable, we will do what we can to help. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Orders received before 1:00 p.m. CST will ship same day via UPS Ground. We offer three day rush or overnight service (rates apply). We also offer USPS priority mail on small or single items. Contact us if you would like one of these shipping options. If you live overseas please contact us for a custom shipping quote BEFORE placing an order.
Custom Orders
If you have a gift basket design or birch bark craft idea, contact us for a custom pricing. ANY Red Lake Nation product can be added to a gift box or handmade birch bark basket, just call (1-888-225-2108) or email. We can also ship an item as a gift, with a personalized card.
